So how effective are you at applying Decision Thinking to your problems and opportunities?

This questionnaire should take you around 10 minutes to complete. At the end, you will receive tailored guidance designed to enhance your decision making, based on your responses.

To get the most out of the diagnostic, you should have a specific decision in mind - one that your organisation is facing, or a decision it has already made. You can re-visit the tool any time with different decisions that you want to test.
